If your shipment is being sent outside the European Union you may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Gemstones:

1. Individual stones will be dispatched no more than 2 working days after payment clears unless otherwise stated on the items page.
2. Delivery will be by trackable Royal Mail services within the United Kingdom (recorded delivery, special delivery).
3. Delivery internationally will use Royal Mail insured Airmail services (International Signed For, Airsure) and, in certain circumstances Fedex couriers.

Jewellery:

1. Unless otherwise stated all jewellery is made to order and can take up to 20 working days to be delivered at peak times (usually no more than 10 working days).
2. Delivery will be by trackable Royal Mail services within the United Kingdom (recorded delivery, special delivery).
3. Delivery internationally will use Royal Mail insured Airmail services (International Signed For, Airsure) and, in certain circumstances Fedex couriers.
