Refunds/Returns Policy:

• Magpie Jewellers operate a full, no questions asked, refund/returns policy. To use this service we ask that the following conditions are met, this does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Please inform us of any return within 7 days of receipt of the item.
2. Returns should be sent using a traceable delivery service to the address below, within the UK we suggest either recorded delivery or special delivery.
3. All returned items must be in original condition and include any gemstone/jewellery packaging sent originally with the item.
4. All refunds are made via the same method as payment received. Shipping, insurance and credit card processing costs are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee. We cannot offer replacements.
