I rang you just after xmas and you said you would mail me that day with a reply? Still no answer. Have also paid for an amethyst to be set into a pendant? No update on this yet. it will 20 days since order this weekend.... Please replay asap you have my details from ebay and my order of the amethyst. Emma

have you received my mail concerning the item Pear-Facet Hot-Pink Brazilian Topaz item number 350285046833 in which I noted that it had visible to the naked eye - 2. 1mm gouges on the front polished surface of the Gemstone. In case not received mail, here is what I wrote: I have requested that if you have another Gemstone of the same size and quality then I would be willing to exchange it...covering the cost of return postage via Recorded Delivery. If you do have another Gemstone of this nature, I would appreciate to see a pic, of it before hand and give yu my email address for this purpose. keeperofthehome@hotmail.com If not then I would ask for a refund of my payment and will return the Gemstone via recorded Delivery as soon as I have heard from you.
